cho Manor Inn is located 3.5 miles south of Pagosa Springs across from beautiful Echo Lake. The Inn is owned and operated by the Widmer Family (John, Maureen and children Monique and Ian) who have transformed the Castle like building with its turrets, towers and gables into a true European wonder.

As you enter the Echo Manor, its "Home Away from Home" atmosphere is immediately felt, along with the Old World Charm of the Inn. The Inn is a living, breathing museum with magnificent antique furnishings, hand painted treasures, Steuben Glass pieces, Delacroix paintings and extraordinary collectibles.

Guests coming from all parts of the world have a beautiful variety of suites in which to stay. The Echo Manor Inn has 35 rooms with l4 guest rooms which includes the Courtyard Suite with family room, large stone fireplace, wet bar, fully furnished kitchen, bath, two private entrances and a room for a group of 16.

The Royal or Honeymoon Suite is a special room featuring a king size brass bed surrounded by three bay windows bestowing a spectacular view of the San Juan Mountains. The Tower Suite is reached by climbing a narrow spiral staircase and is comfortable for a family of four, but still cozy and romantic for two.

The Heart of the Inn is the Family Room where guests can gather in a pleasant atmosphere and curl up with a good book chosen from the library or play the baby grand piano all by a wood-burning fireplace. Of course there is also TV and movies.

Accommodations: 6 rooms with private bath, 2 rooms with private hallway baths; 1 suite with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom with fireplace, bathroom and two separate entrances.

Payment: Deposit one night's stay. VISA, MC, Amex., and personal checks accepted.

Restrictions: No pets, no smoking, no outdoor shoes in our home. Children under l0 in the Courtyard Suite only.

Breakfast: Full breakfast served in artful breakfast room with a magnificent view of the Continental Divide. Fresh breads and muffins, homemade pancakes, eggs, waffles and quiche.
