As I spent more and more time in Spiritual disciplines, meditating,
doing healing work, art and writing, I increasingly had difficulty keeping
my energies balanced and even. I often woke up or came out of meditation
feeling wobbly or shaky. If I over-did it, I became energetically shattered,
feeling burned out and frazzled. One day during a healing session with
my teacher and mentof, Len Toye, St. Germaine told him about a sub-energy
body that kept getting short circuited, a service body he called it which

Questions frequently asked about E-Lyte Cream
Where do I put it? Wherever you are guided to. Most people just seem to know as soon as the jar is in the hand. I use it everywhere. Its great for hands and feet. Some people put it on acupressure points, chakras, meridian lines. St. Germaine says he will guide you - just think violet and you'll know.
How often should I use it? Guidance or intuition is the answer again. I use it everyday, at least two times before I dress and upon going to bed. Lots of massage therapists love to use it with clients.
What is comfrey gel? A common plant, indigenous to most parts of the US, comfrey has been used for centuries for many ailments especially for healing and mending tissues and bones. Allantoin, its main ingredient, found in the jelly like secretions from the stem and roots, is almost the exact chemical composition of cellular protoplasm. I call it the cosmic glue. St. Germain says it promotes cellular growth and repair. He also advises its use for those involved in cellular transformation and transmutation (you know who you are.)
Who is St. Germaine? An Ascended Master who has been known in many lifetimes on the Earth as St. Germain (with and with out the e) Francis Bacon, Count Ragousy, Merlin, Parcelsus, St. Joseph and probably others.
